While commercial developments and new tech investments significantly expand El Paso's commercial tax base and generate millions of dollars in new tax revenue, these projects must be a good fit for El Paso. Attracting desirable investments directly relieves the property tax burden on local families while providing vital funding for our schools, parks, and public safety.
